Hi! My name is Eric, I am an English teacher from the U.S. I was born in Texas and have an American, English accent. I like to exercise, read books, watch movies, go hiking, and travel. I have traveled to many countries all over the world as I like to meet new people and make new friends.

I am TESOL certified with 150 hours of training and have an ACTDEC Framework Level Two certificate. I am also a graduate from the University of Central Texas.

I have fourteen years’ experience teaching. I have taught students of all ages from four years old to adults. I am experienced teaching English online to children and adults learning English as a second language and I am experienced teaching conversational English to adults. I have taught both one on one classes as well as group classes. I have had to prepare my own lessons and I have had to follow teaching material provided by the companies I have worked for.

I have a passion for teaching and I love people, that is why I became an ESL teacher. I have developed so many friendships with my students since I started teaching, it has been very rewarding for me. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than to see my students learn, progress and improve their English.

I believe that every student is unique in their learning; therefore, I teach each student according to their level and needs, and I try to provide a comfortable, fun learning environment to ensure they reach their maximum potential.
