| Bio | I fell in love with travel and language when I studied abroad to Switzerland in high school through AFS. I took a gap year after high school to travel some more, and in college I participated in Semester at Sea, and spent a semester in Buenos Aires, Argentina. During those formidable years, I discovered how people from every corner of the world are similar. We all have hopes and dreams, we all want peace and health for our friends and family, and we all want a better world. Any conflict, injustice, or prejudice stems from a lack of perspective and insight into a different way of life. Language helps us communicate with each other and share our different ideas and perspectives. It helps us understand and immerse ourselves into a different human experience. And through language, we can create a world that is more tolerant and inclusive. In 2010, my wife (@Puma) and I started a language school in Boise, Idaho called CR Languages. In 2013 I began a new career of website design and development and founded a digital agency called Made Right Media. And in 2015, I founded LinguaPlex, the international social network for language lovers. |
